INSTRUCTIONS
1. For each subscriber, you will receive a pendrive and instruction paper.
2. To view the cases, kindly install the viewer program CaseViewer_2.4 attached in the pendrive.
3. Cases can also be viewed online via www.innovz.com.my/msoc-qap-022020. To access the website, the password needed is MSOC202002 .
4. For this cycle, there are 4 sets of questions; Set 1 (Conventional Pap smear), Set 2 (Thinprep/Pathtezt), Set 3 (Surepath) and Set 4 (FNAC, Nongynae).
Set number 1 and 4 are compulsory to answer. For set number 2 and 3, subscribers may choose minimum 1 set, either set 2 or set 3, depending on your preferences.
5. The participating laboratory is required to submit the diagnoses online via www.mymsoc.org or directly to this submission form: https://bit.ly/2ZWeOFQ . The password for online submission form is MSOC202002.
6. Each submitting participant has to key in the institutional validation code, which will be emailed to the corresponding heads of departments/units or representatives of each institute. Kindly email to msocqap@gmail.com to get the institutional validation code. Please state representative’s name and institution.
7. This cycle will open from 15 October 2020 until 15 November 2020.
8. The last submitted responses will be regarded as the final submission of the institution. Any submission later than 15 November will not be entertained. Any enquiries, kindly email: msocqap@gmail.com
